Speaker theme: Self-organization

Traditionally, all organizations were hierarchical and bureaucratic. In the present day and age this is much less necessary – for a range of reasons. But we lack familiarity with the many alternative forms of self-organization that exist. An inspiring detour through the animal world helps trigger an ‘Aha Erlebnis’ and entirely different perspectives on our own affairs.
